any suggestions for those of us in apartments with no direct sun? Our patio faces almost exactly due north, so we get about an hour of direct sun in one tiny tiny corner every morning. Any idea what we could grow?

Amy, please email me with your address and I will send your buttons out right away. Also to answer your question: my apartment has no direct sun either! I do get some indirect morning sun for a while, so it sounds like I have a little more than you, however have no fear you can grow something!! I have found that impatients are the best flower to grow and they actually thrive in shade. As far as vegetables are concerned most of them need full sun, but lettuce loves cool weather so it will probably benefit from the shade, and there are a TON of varieties. I also grow chives, rosemary, and parsley, which seem to have done just fine :)
