garden update.

i realized that it has been forever since i did a garden update, what with the wedding, honeymoon, camping, and all. it always amazes me how fast everything grows once you put it in the ground! i planted all my seedlings on memorial day weekend (4 weeks ago) and i have already picked about 20 radishes and made dinner using fresh chard (look for the recipe later this week). i am in the process of getting tomato cages and planting more radish seeds. i am going to try and do a weekly update and base my recipes around using things from the garden.

anyone else harvesting anything yet? and does that beet look ready to pick, how do you know when to harvest?
